Cock Hair

Cock Hair

Origin: Army Lingo – literally means pubic hair as well as a loose thread on the army uniform

The phrase “Cock Hair” is used in the Army by Instructors/Sergeants. It is used in scenarios where the Sergeant inspects the uniform of a soldier and found a loose thread on/dangling on their uniform. I personally still remember some of my army mates using a lighter to burn off any “cock hair” on their uniform just minutes before an uniform inspection.

It is also used to scold a trainee when he dozes off during a lesson.

Example:

Loose Thread during uniform inspection: “Eh Recruit, why is there cock hair on your uniform?? You drop 20 (corporal punishment – 20 pushups).

A trainee that dozed off during a lesson: “Eh Private Lim Ah Beng, why was your head looking down on your crotch?? You count cock hair is it? How many cock hair you have?
